Clean rooms and clean bathroom and all in all very clean as expected for a Hilton

The second bed was so stiff and felt like sleeping on a rock. The hotel is quite old and interiors look like they were from the 80s

Breakfast was good a good choice of tasty food. Thank you a lot for possibility for late check-out

there was no possible to contact hotel staff prior our visit via numerous emails. Despite being very close to airport, the taxi from airport to hotel costs around 20 EUR. Shuttle at night is very rare.

Fine hotel for overnight coming or going from the area. Dinner at the restaurant was actually better then we expected .

Great location with friendly staff. We had a glitch with the free shuttle that is supposed to run every 15 minutes. Waited over an hour. In the morning when we had to go to the airport, all went well.

Rooms were too warm. Turning down the thermostat did nothing to help.

Not walking distance.

Hotel itself overall is good.

There is a confusion between the Hilton Airport and Hilton Garden Inn when booking. I thought the hotel was in walking distance but that is the Hilton airport. There was a long wait to take the shuttle to the hotel and then had to wake up even earlier to take the shuttle. Would have preferred to walk from the other Hilton.

My son left his Ipad on the bed when we checked out. We found out 30 minutes later. We saw the location of the Ipad was still there. I called few times and they insist it is not there. We know it was!

Enjoyable short stay and the shuttle was a very great way to access the hotel and the airport

Shuttle to and from the airport which allowed us to go in to the city as the layover between flights was overnight

There was not enough staff to cope with the large number of new clients as a cruise ship was also using the facility prior to boarding the ship and only one person and the manager working the front desk. she was also covering the telephone. I had sent a message re where to catch the shuttle the day before and it was never answered by the hotel which made it very difficult on arrival at the airport to find the shuttle location.

Better than expected for overnight at a hotel airport.

Price, convenience, shuttle. Hotel has a huge turn over and does a good job. Breakfast was very good.

Longer lines at checkin. After check in returned to front desk to pay tax in euros. Paid in euros but charge still appeared on my AMEX bill. Staff at desk had to ask someone how to change the charge to cash. Along with 4 other women, we went to the wrong Hilton and it was a long walk to get there. Better instructions for the shuttle from airport of hotel may have helped or maybe it's the signage in the Airport.

The showered had a 1/3 glass door. Water went everywhere. Towels hung at end of shower and got damp. Very sparse design of hotel. Not warm and welcoming

Small, clean rooms at a very good location.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Free shuttle runs every 15 minutes.

Breakfast was very bad. There are two Hilton hotels at the airport. We originally went to the wrong one because Booking.com had the incorrect location on their booking page. Hilton is the closest to the airport. Hilton Garden In is close by but requires a shuttle to get to the airport.

This place was kind of like a dorm for American travelers

Close to the airport and has free airport shuttle. Rooms are clean and get the job done since most travelers are staying here due to overnight layover or needing immediate access to Rome FCO airport. Otherwise, the property is not near to any attractions.
